We want every install to be a success and we are happy to offer tips and guidance whenever needed. However, installation outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as results may vary depending on user experience and external conditions.

Coverage
Our PPF carries a 10-year product warranty covering:
- Material and workmanship defects (discoloration, fading, peeling, bubbling, cracking)
- Packaging defects
- Loss of optical clarity under normal use
Exclusions
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Visible defects present before installation that were not reported
- Improper self-installation or user error
- Neglected maintenance
- Damage from accidents, impacts, or harsh weather
- Extreme conditions (temperature extremes, intense UV, salt exposure)
- Improper cleaning (high-pressure washing, abrasive materials)
How to File a Claim
File within 14 days of installation by contacting us on WhatsApp with:
- Order number
- Photos of the affected area
- Detailed description of the issue
Resolution may include repair, replacement, or other options.
